國際化的醫療團隊 International Medical Team
有一支由來自美國、印度、新加坡、中國大陸、香港、臺灣和澳門等地的專業急救醫生和護士團隊,他們分別在ICU、CCU、航空醫療救援等領域具有多年的實踐經驗,能夠熟練的使用英文、普通話、粵語等語言與患者和客戶交流。所有醫護人員在正式上崗前均經過嚴格的崗位培訓,擁有ACLS等證書。
MedCare is very proud to have a highly experienced team of doctors and nurses from the United States, India, Singapore, the mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. All of them have gained many years of practical experience in ICU, CCU, and air ambulance services, and other fields. They speak fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese, or other foreign languages, and are able to communicate efficiently with patients and customers. Prior to being assigned to medical assistance jobs, all medical staff have to undergo intensive training, and many have received certificates like ACLS issued by the American Heart Association.

Besides experienced medical teams, advanced medical equipment is one of the essential elements for safeguarding patients' lives during medical transports. MedCare has procured the most advanced medical equipment for road and air ambulance services, enabling continuous monitoring of the patient's vital signs and condition throughout the journey, and deliver them to the destination stably and safely.

We regard safeguarding the patient's life and health as the bottomline in our daily operations. Covering the gap in emergency medicine development between China and the world, we initiated in 2011 the enforcement of international emergency medical standards and protocols with a globalized medical team following strict full internal training and operating protocols in order to minimize risks and enhace customer experience under safe operations.

MedCare has set up medical service provider networks in China and overseas, which are seamlessly integrated. MedCare分別在香港和深圳設有24小時全球報警中心, 擁有專職的線上醫生和護士以及具有多種語言能力的協调员,为客户提供快速及时的全球紧急救助服务。报警中心为客户提供一系列定制化的增值服务,并实行“一 对一”的客户管理体系,以确保自身的服务质量和效率。。
MedCare has set up 24-hour alarm centers in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Together with online doctors and nurses, the coordinators, who can manage more than 30 languages, provide customers with prompt emergency assistance services worldwide. Our senior medical and safety experts stand by 24/7 to deal with any emergency cases, while keeping track of advances all over the world. In order to satisfy the customers' needs in enhancing their service quality and customer relations, our 24- hour alarm centers are able to provide customized services as needed, and only one single contact window is created for each client in order to maintain our service quality and efficiency.
